Betty Learned Friant, Sales & Leasing Associate and Mike Silek, Sales & Leasing Associate brokered the sale of the former Greater Atlantic Bank Branch located at 2800 Valley Avenue in Winchester, VA. Silek represented the seller, Greater Atlantic Bank in this transaction. Friant represented the purchasers, Mike & Cheryl Greene. Cheryl Greene plans to convert the 1,350 sq. ft. site into a day spa/salon called CALjack’s.

Greater Atlantic Bank has moved to their new, larger location at the corner of Valley Avenue and Cedar Creek Grade, which Silek had negotiated earlier.
