Jim McLaurin, Sales Associate, brokered the lease of 1,530 sq. ft. of shop with office at 4532 Martinsburg Pike in Clearbrook, VA.

McLaurin also brokered the lease of 2,900 sq. ft. in Pegasus II located in the Pegasus Business Center on Pegasus Court in Frederick County, VA.
