Abrams Crossing, a new retail/office center in the City of Winchester will be marketed by Adams-Nelson & Associates, Inc.

Mr. Christopher "Kit" Molden of Melco, Inc. has announced the appointment of Adams-Nelson & Associates, Inc. as the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for this new and refreshing concept in shopping convenience for the area. After several years of market study and evaluation of the projected and anticipated consumer growth in the area, Molden says, "The time is perhaps a little ahead of the curve, but with the planned development of this center, we will be right on time for new opportunities in this market."

Abrams Crossing will feature five unique buildings, with each tenant having its own individual presentation. Consumers will have parking close to each business in areas surrounded by lush landscaping. Building A, the largest of the five buildings is ready to commence construction as soon as a potential major tenant is ready to move forward. Building B is under construction and will be ready for occupancy as early as June of this year. The remaining three buildings will develop to support demand with Building E being reserved as office space. The overall design will blend into the residential neighborhoods that are in close proximity to the site. Molden says, "we want to be good neighbors, and make a positive contribution to the general area." Melco has been recognized as a developer of quality projects by the City of Winchester. The firm has received Good Neighbor and Green Space awards from the City for other projects.
