Adams-Nelson & Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce Mike Silek, Sales/Leasing Associate has facilitated the sale of Strasburg Self Storage. The sale included both the business and the real estate. Mr. Silek represented the seller and K.C. Wang of The W Group of Laurel, Maryland represented the buyer.

Adams-Nelson Management coordinated the sale as the asset manager for the seller.

Mike Silek said, "It was a pleasure to assist W Group Commercial of Laurel, MD with the acquisition of Strasburg Self-Storage. The new owner will continue to provide the highest level of service to all the customers of the 224 unit facility."
