Judy Laub, Brokerage Department Head for The Adams Companies recently completed the Real Property Law course through The Paralegal Institute Center for Career Studies. The course covers all aspects of Real Property law. Some of the topics covered in this specialty include The Nature of Property, The Scope of Real Property, Rights in Land of Others, Types of Ownership, The Search for Real Property, The Real Estate contract, Title and Insurance, Financing the Real Estate Purchase, The Real Estate Closing, Rights of Land Owners and Occupants, Duties of Land Owners and Occupants, Legal Regulation of Land Use, Land Use Regulation and Environmental Law, and Landlord and Tenant. The course covered both residential and commercial properties.

The course is a continuation of the paralegal degree Laub received from the Institute in Trial Practice & Litigation and Research. The Paralegal Institute was founded in 1974 and is a fully accredited institute, which offers a full scope of paralegal and continuing education courses. It is located in Phoenix, Arizona.
