Conrad Koneczny, CCIM, Associate Broker and Certified Business Broker with Adams-Nelson & Associates, Inc. recently brokered the sale of the historic Coalie Harry's Restaurant in downtown Winchester, VA. Koneczny mediated the transaction with the buyer and the seller. Coalie Harry's has been a landmark on Piccadilly Street for decades.

Just about two years ago, after many years of hospitality, Rusty Holland of Winchester sold the business to Megan Crawford and Dana Jennings who continued the tradition. With other business interests, it was decided to turn the tradition over to a new charge.

Under the watchful and attentive eyes of the new owners, Stacy and Chad Rosenberger, the tradition will continue. Coalie Harry's is now operating with expanded business hours and once again, lunch can be enjoyed in this friendly and charming landmark.
