Betty Learned Friant, Sales/Leasing Associate with Adams-Nelson & Associates, Inc. recently brokered the sale of the 38,900 sq. ft. former J.E. Morgan Facility in New Market, VA. Friant represented seller in the transaction. The buyer was represented by John Holsinger of Home Land Realty.

The facility sits on 6.8 acres at 213 E. Old Cross Road. The Purchaser, Auto Krafters, Inc., which is owned by Ron Miller, will be relocating from a smaller facility in Broadway, VA. Auto Krafters, Inc. supplies classic Ford parts and has clients worldwide.
