Conrad Koneczny, CCIM, an Associate Broker with Adams-Nelson & Associates, Inc. and Pegasus Properties, and Betty Learned Friant, Sales/Leasing Associate with Adams-Nelson & Associates, Inc. were both recipients of the 2001 President’s Volume Award from the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors. The President’s Award represents the top 5% of sales volume in the Board. Conrad achieved $10.7 Million in real property sales volume. This does not include any of his Business Brokerage Sales. Betty achieved total sales volume of $6.8 Million in her first year in the local real estate market.

The total combined Blue Ridge Association of Realtor award winners produced just over $304 million in sales volume, which was up 30% from 2000.
