THE ADAMS COMPANIES EXPANDS
INTO NEW AREA OF BUSINESS

Richard Bell, CEO for The Adams Companies is pleased to announce that The Adams Companies is assisting with the marketing and leasing of a new climate controlled self-storage facility in the Winchester area. Mr. Denny Derflinger is building a new climate controlled self-storage facility and approached Conrad Koneczny, Associate Broker with Adams-Nelson & Associates, Inc. for his expertise as a business consultant to assist with the marketing and leasing of the facility.

This is the first time Adams-Nelson & Associates, Inc. has undertaken strictly a consulting/marketing position for a client. Pam Goode, Manager of Strasburg Self Storage, an Adams Company, has assisted Mr. Derflinger in the planning, implementation of security devices, and maintenance for the facility. Once the facility is completed, in September of 2001, the Adams Company will see to the leasing of the units and then turn the facility over to Mr. Derflinger.
