Richard Bell, CEO for The Adams Companies attended the National Conference on Tax Incentives for Developing Historic Properties in Chicago, Illinois on April 23-24, 2001.

"The conference was tremendously informative. There are tax incentive opportunities in Winchester, Virginia that, if structured properly, could transform into hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars in tax credits", stated Mr. Bell.

The conference was sponsored by the National Housing and Rehabilitation Association, Ernst & Young, LLP, and the National Park Service.
