Realtor Takes Classes

Larry Hammack of Adams-Nelson & Associates in Winchester has completed the first of six courses offered by the Commercial-Investment Real Estate Council to qualify for the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member of the National Association of Realtors.

Only 4,500 of the approximately 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide have the CCIM designation, according to Kevin Adams, principal broker of Adams-Nelson.
