As one of the three founders of Adams Companies, Douglas brings with him over 15 years experience in real estate and over 40 years experience as an attorney specializing in real estate law, real estate syndication and assemblage.

With extensive experience in facility construction and retrofitting, he has specialized in commercial, farm, and estate properties in Northern Virginia, Loudoun County, Frederick County, and Winchester as well as Jefferson, Berkeley and Hampshire counties of West Virginia

Douglas is a member of the Virginia State Bar and is a Licensed broker in Virginia and West Virginia.
