Trex Corporate Headquarters
		The Trex Center is a 10 acre planned business park located at the intersection of U.S. Route 522 North and Route 37 in Frederick County, Virginia. A 60,000 square foot Class A office building is the centerpiece of the project, and initial out lot development includes a branch bank and a convenience store.
		Winchester Technology Center
		Located in Winchester Virginia's Historic District and in the heart of Winchester's Technology Zone, the Winchester Technology Center is a 14,400 square foot single-level brick structure. Its extensive renovation included wiring for a high-speed computer network and is equipped with three phase, four-wire 240 volt service with 1,600 amps.
		Old Town Event Center
		The Old Town Event Center (formerly Sacred Heart Church) was renovated to accomodate community functions such as wedding receptions, family reunions, class reunions, and business events and meetings. It features a 42' x 40' main room with 25' ceilings. It has an elevated 9' x 40' stage with built-in presentation wall, a curved staircase leading to a 14' x 40' balcony, a catering area, elegant dining seating for up to 178 and theater-style seating for up to 265.
		Pegasus II
		Building #2 of the Pegasus Business Center is a 22,400 square foot two story office building. With high visibility to the regional airport it houses a diverse tenant mix, including a daycare facility. It is fully sprinkled and has fiber optic connectivity. Pegasus III is currently leasing with Pegasus IV on the drawing boards.
		Fern Adams Building
		This 9000 square foot office complex in Old Town Winchester represents the first large scale historic rehabilitation project of The Adams Companies. This project received numerous local and state awards for preservation and urban revitalization. Originally renovated for a high technology company, it now houses our corporate offices.
