Adams-Nelson Management, Inc. (ANM), located in downtown Winchester Virginia, has developed a majority of the commercial corridor on Pleasant Valley Road in Winchester, working with Wal-Mart, Kroger, Lowes and other national, regional. and local tenants. ANM continues to develop sites for retail customers on Pleasant Valley Road today.

Adams-Nelson Management, Inc. has also completed historic renovations on buildings in Winchester and Martinsburg, West Virginia. One of these, the Fern Adams Building in Old Town Winchester, won a number of awards from historic preservation societies, and is now the corporate headquarters for The Adams Companies.
