Mike has been practicing Real Estate since 1995 and Property Management since 1981. He specializes in sales and leasing of commercial, industrial, and retail properties, as well as large residential subdivisions. Mike's accounting experience and 22+ years of Retail Management experience are significant assets to Adams-Nelson & Associates, Inc. Mike is a member of the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors. He is also a Partner and Co-Developer of The Trex Center in Winchester, and a Partner and Co-developer of Berkley Gateway in Martinsburg, WV. Mike is currently a Partner in the development of “North River Square” shopping center in Front Royal, VA. Over a 13 year career, Mike has been the top producing agent at Adams-Nelson for 10 of those years, and the second leading producer on the other 3 occasions.
Gary brokered the sale of 2.64 acres of B-2 zoned property at 330 Hope Drive and 2.58 acres of B-2 zoned property at 320 Hope Drive. The properties are in development just off of Valley Avenue in Winchester, VA. Most recently, Gary and Richard Bell brokered the sale of 5 acres of B-2 land to Four Oaks properties, L.P. The land, previously owned by the Royal Order of Moose, is located at Lot #4 in Prince Frederick Office Park on Costello Drive, and was originally listed with Adams-Nelson & Associates, Inc. in February 2008. Four Oaks Properties, L.P. purchased the parcel for $430,000 for future development use. Richard Bell represented the seller and Gary Adams represented the buyer. Gary also brokered the sale of 25 acres of farm land on Fairgrounds Road in Warren County to Royston Farm Partnership. The parcel was purchased for $375,000 from Seneca and Mary Cavalier and will be incorporated into the Royston's existing farm.
